Default Rotrex C38-92 disassembly and possible repairs

After 35K miles on the blower it decided to seize up on me. After that i found out that that Rotrex aren't rebuildable.

I Found this company here that rebuilds them, but was't too comfortable in sending it in for inspection without me knowing what caused it or taking a look inside, nor i was comparable enough to the guy who is rebuilding them.

I Found this gentleman's pictures on flicker who was kind enough to walk me thought how to open the blower. He is far more experienced than the gentleman at the company above.

Now let the fun begin.

Fist i had to build a tool that i can use to torque the pulley bolt very well in order for me to use that bolt to unscrew the internal plate from the annulus. Hint why Rotrex says don't rotate the pulley counter clock wise? as it will damage the blower! it doesn't damage the blower but it will unscrew the plate internally but simply once you rotate it correctly it will screw it self back on.

Once i was able to open the blower and everything is exposed, i can see how it's built and function.

Noticed a wear on the rollers housing and the drive plate. I attempted to unscrew the 3 bolts holding the rollers housing and noticed that they were loose / maybe finger tight. Hmmmm that's the reason that caused the housing to get in touch with the plate creating metal shavings that caused the blower to seize.

Now i couldn't find a small enough 2 jaw puller to fit between the annulus and the casing, so i ground the sides of the 2 jaws to fit in and pull the annulus out just enough to be able to slide the plate to one side and get it out.

I forgot to take a pic of this process but you can see the ground part of the puller on this pic

Now finished pulling the annulus & pulled the rollers housing

I had to press the shaft out from the impeller to separate both apart.

Now some pictures of the pitting on the shaft and the rollers

Are these pitting on the rollers very critical? since they are dipped inside without adding any extra thickness to the roller? is it reusable?

The pitting one the sun shaft can be milled also. would that be an option to reuse after milling just the pitting?

Any recommendations on bearings replacement?

Oil pump
Found some metal shavings inside the pump also after removing the short shaft.

It took a while for me to get it back working due to work and other things
But she just came back alive last night.
Loud grinding noise, turned that car off then back on and the belt started to slip while the pulley is seized.
Nothing that had alarmed me or anything.
