Default Rear Noise over bumps

Hello everyone!

This past week when the temps dipped to the teens, i have picked up some noises. It only happens when i go over medium to large bumps. I get a sound that goes like "Crunch" as the rear tires hit a bump. Have checked the tool kit for loose tools, trunk is empty, the seats are latched properly. Whats crunching when i hit large bumps on the road? Its coming from the rear suspension? Any direction as to what i should check out?
Thanks

I'll throw our rear ball joints as another to check. They were the source of a hard to diagnose noise for me.

On one side ? Can you narrow it down?

There's so much that moves over bumps .. Springs, ball joints away bar end links Etc

-Yes its been below 25deg
-Its hard to tell, but i would say both sides
-Yes its just the rear of the car

The car just turned 18K miles. This is why im having a hard time
with what can be wrong....shock mounts? Sway links?

Over the summer i updated the 2 diff bolts, they backed out????

Its damn cold, raining and don't have the time to crawl under neath and inspect.
