Bear Mountain Drive SUNDAY 10/07/12

Here goes another Bear Mountain Run!

Final Meet-Up spot:

98 Roa Hook Rd
Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567

It's a restaurant with a large parking lot. We may park at the Mobil station literally next to it.

Be there at 7:30 AM. We will be heading out for the Mountain Run at 8:00 AM SHARP. If you are late, you are going to have to find us cruising the mountain.

We will try and have a route "pre-set" so we all know where we are going and what we are doing to maximize our time there before the roads close for the hikers.

Afterwards the plan is to either...

A) Grab some food over there at Bear Mountain and then call it a day

or

B) Some of the guys at Xoutpost have a BBQ planned for that day. We could run Bear Mountain and afterwards drive down to Jersey to meet the other guys there and have a chill time with them.

Meet up at 6:15 AM, we are leaving at 6:45 AM SHARP. Have your EZ-Passes with you if you have one!

We will meet up at the Vitamin Shop parking lot in Flushing. It's right across from the Toyota Dealership!

I am waiting for Joe to get back from Las Vegas. He is the one taking care of the routes etc. Once he gets it all figured out I will edit my post. He should be back from Vegas soon.

Im in...I was the other Interlagos Blue M3 on the last run. Should be nice to get another run in before the season is over.

Chris? If this is chris, you should come to the meet on Thursday. We should have a decent turn out I think.

Also, I spoke to Joe. He just got back from Vegas but has to leave for another trip but he said he will be back before the weekend.

Hey guys, Ray is correct, I am out of town but I should be back this weekend. Chris and I will come up with a route that makes sense and post the general directions before the weekend.

Also, just FYI, weather looks like rain this weekend so there is a chance we might be rained out.

I'll follow up on this tomorrow or Friday with more details.
