300ZX Twin Turbo

Today on the way home I had a little encounter. This guy in a 300ZX twin Turbo laid back on a ramp then ran up on my @ss. I did not see him coming and it kind of startled me. We got on 275 which is the outer belt in Cincy. I thought finally something close in performance to play with. There was some traffic, so not too much could go on. I won't get stupid just a little crazy. Things cleared a little, I dropped to third, pumped it a couple of times next to him, and that SOB would not even look in my direction. He runs up on my @ss and then is a limp **** when we have a little room. I guess better luck next time.

In 10 years he'll own a 2004 M3 and do the same thing to you in your 2014 600HP V-12 M5.

These things are able of some huge horse power. A lot of people in UK use them for drifting as well. I ve always though that it isnt a pure sports car tho.

I had some guy in a 94-98 mustang gt (plates read "NOS2LED" so may have been running nos) do something similiar. He definately wasnt stock. Atleast had full exhaust. Sounded pretty damn good I must admit. I was behind him by a few cars, so I dont think he saw me, but he was hauling ass and cutting off people left and right. He would floor it at every light etc... I finally caught up to him on a long stretch with no one in front of us. I looked over to see if he was interested... He wouldnt even look at me. I yelled out "LETS GO, SECOND GEAR!". Without looking at me, he drops to second and waits. I honk three times and we go... Took him by 2 cars from middle of 2nd to middle of third. Would have been a greater ass-whoopin if we kept going, but I made my point already and backed off. He did a r!ce flyby though, and kept going WOT after I hit my brakes. His girl was gauking my sh!t the whole time though, getting out of her seat etc to get a better view

I raced a 94-98 SVT Cobra last night. The guy had huge flowmasters or something practically touching the ground! It was loud and had a passenger. I rolled the window down at the next light and said let's run for fun. From a dig, I had at least a car length on him by 80 and was pulling even more until I shut down. I gave him the thumbs up but he gave the r1cer flyby...

Makes you wonder. Last guy I beat in a C5 wanted to pull over and talk cars. I was happy to oblige. I like to have the fast, car but it's more about just being a car guy.
