Hi all,
So I just moved from Orange County, Southern California to just outside of Sacramento, CA and brought my 2011 M3 convertible to a BMW dealership for 16,000 mile service. Customer service was good but I got my car back with 18 additional miles that were unaccounted for, nearly bald rear tires, and the balancing was obviously off when I hopped on the freeway. I've complained to the dealership but to no avail. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy dealership up here in the Sacramento area? Thanks! |

seems like they whopped some donuts with your car. i would be raising hell with the service advisor and the service manager.

Stevens Creek is pretty good too, but might be too far from you, Pleasanton BMW is closer and also pretty good. Good Luck!

Aside from my latest experience during which I had EB BMW replace my convenience kit, I've had pretty bad experiences there. Perhaps it was because I "only" had a 325i at the time, but service was rather rude, ignored me for long periods of time when I tried to buy replacement parts, etc. Sales there is pretty bad. They typically want to sell the car at sticker and often get rude if you try to haggle a deal that other dealers such as Stevens Creek or Mountain View will meet. I'd usually say watch out for Pleasanton. It's by far the closest to me-I work about 2 miles from the place, but I typically drive the 45 minutes to go to Mountain View. I think that says something. |

If you're just outside Sacramento, I assume you went to Roseville BMW? I don't care for the dealerships there. I drive down to Sacramento and have had pretty good luck with Niello on Fulton Ave. I hear the sister shop at Niello Elk Grove is good too.
