If I were to do it over again, I would probably spend the extra money for something better than the AEM...

Buy an Aquamist. Get good stuff and install it correctly and you minimize your risks. There are stories out there about M3s blowing up after a supercharger kit was installed, but people still install them. Howerton sells the Aquamist.

it's funny i was on the fence getting an Aquamist kit but on the 335i forums they said to stay away from them because of reports of pumps failing? don't quote me on that but just what my 335i buddy heard when he was researching on what meth kit to use.
i've been running AEM water/meth kit for over 45k miles now with the medium size nozzle, no malfunction of controller yet. after reading a couple of your guys post on the issues you've had i think i might feel safer running the smallest nozzle now. lol

Wow kinda scary that they'd want the setup to be so reliant on the meth. If the meth stopped working and the tune relied on a 530+ cc nozzle, then bye bye engine if the meth fails. Atleast if the tune is setup for a smaller 15cc jet, if it runs out or stops working, your A/F's are probably still okay(depending on the A/F with meth on)

I'm actually still on the baseline tune, I'm going to dyno and Active said if I set up an appointment that coincides with my dyno this summer I can have live tuning. |

the reason why running Snow Performance Boost Juice is the safest to use with the right amount of mixture to keep it non-flammable.
