Default SES Code help...

Hi guys,

I had my SES light come on today, as soon as I started the car from cold.

I checked the codes with my Peake tool and it showed 16 first (table number) then 69 (code).
Upon looking in the Peake tool manual, it refers you to table 11, when looking for table 16, but there is no 69 listed.
Does anyone have any idea where else I should look, or what it might be?

Thanks in advance for any light shedding, or help.
