It's really strange but recently my engine has stalled a couple times at idle and once during acceleration at about 5 mph. I've done some research and some have suggested it being a dirty throttle body. Or could it be a bad ignition/spark plugs?

The E30 M3 has a throttle body per intake port so I cannot tell if you're in the correct forum.
So four throttle valves , there is a throttle position unit with an idle switch and a full throttle switch. The idle switch may have failed. It also could be a bad idle control valve, which when fails in the E30, will fry its drivers in the DME. In a single throttle valve car there is a throttle position sensor which could have failed. It also could be the ICV also. m |
