I know there are many posts regarding this subject, but I just want to share my experience in case some of you need some recent feedback.
I just got my rearview mirror back from Sybesma's. This is the rectangular homelink/SOS version. The mirror came back like new. All functions work great and I didn't even have to reprogram the Homelink. They worked on the mirror the same day they received it and Fedex back to me the next day. I worked with Quanita over at Sybesma's. My understanding is that they are the Magna authorized (Company that made our mirrors) company for replacing the glass. The replacement glass is made with gel instead of the toxic fluid that doesn't like heat much. She also said that the oval mirror appears to be more susceptible to leakage comparing to the rectangular ones. Overall, I am very happy with the result and she is great to work with. |
