well, I just talked with James too a little bit earlier and ended up ordering the a set of RS's from him! He's a great guy and very willing to help out fellow enthusiasts! He even sent me a pdf file with set up and tuning tips specifically for the JRZ setup! I couldn't ask for more from a vendor. Can't wait to try out the setup once I get my car back from having the cage installed

Not to mention the fact that I am sure Bimmerworld (and possibly the other US vendors mentioned) will offer package deals like they do for the RS versions. Although, the jump to the RS from the RS1s is not that big considering what you are getting. Don't get me wrong, $700+ for the difference between the RS1 and RS is not an insignificant chunk of change (I am budgeting my upgrades as well), but it is not a "stataspheric" difference either.

I am going with the adage of get as much suspension as I can afford, which is why I am shooting for the RS variants.

This is all good stuff guys. Looking forward to hearing more experiences with them. Hopefully I will be able to get some soon (someone needs to buy my E36 already.....).

Brian @ Bimmerworld gave me an exact price for the RS1's on an e36, Just call them up and they'll let you know what is going on.

Well below $3,000. It is not on their website yet so I do not want to cause any trouble. They are taking orders and the RS1's will be in their possession in Virginia in about 1.5 weeks.

If you really can't wait to call them tomorrow just pm me.

Wow congrats!! Those are definitely BALLER dampers!! I am looking forward to your review! Any plans to make a separate review thread with information on your setup?
