Old Hickory Chapter BMWCCA Drivers Education Event
Nashville Superspeedway - Lebanon, TN

Registration link:

Old Hickory Chapter BMWCCA D.E.-Nashville Superspeedway-5/21/11

Drivers, mark your calendars! The Old Hickory Chapter BMWCCA is hosting its first-ever Drivers Education Event at the Nashville Superspeedway on May 21st, 2011. This event is open to drivers of all experience levels, and you don't even have to drive a BMW to come out and have an incredible time on the track with us! Nashville Superspeedway is home to both the NASCAR Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series, but also features a 1.8-mile infield road course we will be running on that is host to numerous motorcycle and road racing events throughout the year. The course is technical and challenging, and provides a great environment to improve your skills as a driver. The facilities at Nashville Superspeedway also provide some fantastic amenities for participants. Garage spots are available to ensure you won't be stuck in any inclement weather and provide a fantastic location for working on your car and mingling with your fellow enthusiasts.

Cost:

BMWCCA members: $159
Non-members: $199
Instructors: $25

*covered garage spaces available for the day for an additional $25

We will be running novice, intermediate, advanced, and instructor run groups on track. All run groups will have nearly 2 hours of track time and the novice and intermediate groups will receive additional classroom instruction and be paired with in-car instructors for the day. Intermediate and advanced drivers are eligible to run solo with a check ride from a qualified instructor. Whenever possible, we strive to have only one student assigned per instructor, leaving plenty of time for our instructors to enjoy the day and their time on the track. If you are a certified instructor and would be interested in sharing your knowledge with our students, please email your driving/instructing resume to:

anitti_at_oldhickorybmwcca_dot_org

for consideration. Thanks for reading, and hope to see some of you there!
