Not sure if that will ever go anywhere...seems like it flies in the face of people's constitutional right to free speech. It is aimed towards parents watching over kids, but one could say its a slippery slope.
Companies patent stuff that never goes anywhere all the time. Just a precautionary measure while they develop it.
