Default Codes P0102 and P0113... Help

Car has been running amazing, then I cleaned the MAF with CRC and the next day these codes popped up with a definite reduction in power. Have no idea if they are related or not. They are Mass Air Flow Circuit Low Input and Intake Air Temp Circuit High Input. Any ideas before I drop two bills on a MAF?

OBD II Code P0102
Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input

Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
Our emissions expert has put together the following information about the P0102 fault code. We have also included diagnostic procedures you can take to your repair shop if the mechanic is having difficulty analyzing the code.

OBD II Fault Code

OBD II P0102
Fault Code Definition
The Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF) measures the amount of air entering the engine and the Engine Control Module (ECM) uses the information to determine the proper amount of fuel quantity and ignition timing. The Mass Airflow Sensor P0102 trouble code is set when the ECM detects a low voltage output from the Mass Air flow Sensor.

Symptoms

Check Engine Light will illuminate

In many cases, no abnormal symptoms may be noticed
In some cases, the vehicle may get poor fuel mileage
Common Problems That Trigger the P0102 Code

The MAF Sensor is unplugged or the wiring is damaged
Loose or corroded electrical terminals in the MAF Sensor circuit
Faulty MAF Sensor
Common Misdiagnoses

MAF Sensor Replaced when the wiring is bad
Torn Intake Boot or vacuum leak is the real problem

OBD II Code
Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input

Our emissions expert has put together the following information about the P0113 fault code. We have also included diagnostic procedures you can take to your repair shop if the mechanic is having difficulty analyzing the code.

OBD II Fault Code

OBD II P0113
Fault Code Definition
The Intake Air Temperature Sensor converts the air temperature into a voltage that is high when the Intake Air is cold and low as the engine warms up. P0113 indicates a high voltage input from the Intake Air Temperature to the Power Train Control Module.

Symptoms

Check Engine Light will illuminate

In many cases, no abnormal symptoms may be noticed
In some cases, the engine may be hard starting and/or get poor fuel economy
Common Problems That Trigger the P0113 Code

Defective Intake Air Temperature Sensor
Dirty air filter
Defective Mass Air Flow Sensor
Faulty or corroded Intake Air Temperature wiring or connections
Common Misdiagnoses

Intake Air Temperature Sensor is replaced when the real cause is a dirty air filter
Intake Air Temperature Sensor is replaced when the real cause is a poor connection or chafed wiring

Sounds like you fixed it until it's broken.

There are MAF's on Ebay - OEM - well less then $100. (I seem to recall around $75..)

Thanks guys! I looked into it further, and embarrassingly enough, the connector was not fully clipped in after my MAF clean. Wow I can't believe I just admitted that.
No more codes, runs a lot better with it plugged in lol.
