2005 Alpine White M3 w/ Competition Package, Imola Red interior, 6 speed.

Back when I was 16, I was fortunate enough to attend the BMW Performance Driving School in Spartanburg, SC. We drove around in 330i's, which was all well and good, until one of the instructor's offered to take me around the course in an M3. From that point on, I promised myself I would have an M3 one day. At 23, I was able to make good on that. Picked this up in February of 2010, with 16,xxx miles on it.

Imola Red interior, replacing the cup holders with the eurotray was the first thing I did

And my favorite part of the car,

Member deadlysyns wrapped a ZHP knob in alcantara for me. The silver ring at the base was also wrapped in alcantara, I hadn't seen this done before. I was surprised by what a nice difference the knob alone made in shift feel. Also, it looks pretty sharp IMO

The car is not a daily and I detail it regularly, I don't anticipate it being a problem item to keep clean.

However I was still looking for something more in the shift feel department... Sooo with a call to AutoSolutions I had this bad boy on its way. Ultra Kit 30% reduction, can't wait to put it in.

While I'm under there, might as well replace the tranny mounts. UUC RED Transmission Mount Bushings (mixed track/street use)

And since the highly worn PS1's were lacking a bit in the grip department... Yokohama Advan Neova AD08's in 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. Thanks to eas for the great deal and fast shipping.

Thanks guys, I mounted the AD08's today, rides surprisingly well considering they're extreme performance tires. Looking forward to some HPDE's this summer where I can begin exploring the limits. Also greased up the sway bar bushings, had a bit of a creak up front.

The only thing I would have done differently had I ordered it myself would be sunroof delete, otherwise it's perfect and I consider myself extremely lucky. About the only thing more I can ask for is a GT3, you have my next dream car! Though I think I'll take it in RS flavor, 'scaffolding' and all.
