UPDATED(4/24/09) ON PAGE 4... MORE PICTURES TOO!!!
__________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ __________________
Okay, I have some pictures from the shop... the bar is still in production,
but these are some mock up pictures, not the final finished product, nor the final material, but you can see a bit of what’s going on...

I left the pictures kind of big so you can see some detail, but I attached them to the post, so you can see the smaller versions at the end

The final version will be for sale, and I have been told that it can be pretty easily shipped!

I’m very excited, so without further adieu:

I'll try to answer questions to the best of my ability, if I can't I will ask the shop!

I'm just trying to let people know about a great new product for our beloved M3’s.

So how is that attached to the rear shock mount? Also, since this is mounting there, that requires the removal of the entire rear seat, correct?

will those pivot points be considered safe? Isn't that where the weak point of the whole system will be at?

pivots or heim-style joints allow the bar to flex or bend

Interesting design. If the mounts for the rear shocks are strong enough the owner could possibly get a "true" McPherson coilover system for the rears. Look forward to seeing more progression pics.

Swivel joints on all major attachments = fail
Rather than a swivel joint between the two shock towers, it would be better if it's just a solid bar - especially if you are attaching the main hoop legs to it.

Has potential to improve ....
