Default Primewell PZ900 tires anyone run them?

I ran into my friend yesterday at Tysons Corner and he said his M is using some Primewell PZ900 tires. Has anyone ever heard of them? I did a search on here and didn't find anything.

I wanted to go with the General UHP tires. Then I go online and they say the Primewell are Ultra High Performance Tires but only go for $180 a pop.

Anyone?

I thought the primewell tires had a treadwear of 480 but they have a treadwear of 280. I just got them installed yesterday so I am getting ready to try them out.

Let me know how they work out for you. I'm also looking for cheap set of tires.

In the rain these tires handled way better than my T1R's. I took my car to Seven Springs and there was some snow on the ground and the tires handled pretty good. I will have to get new tires most likely in February . My car is dropped on H&R springs.

I have maybe 2000 or so miles left on the rears. I'm going back to Seven Springs on the 24th for some snowboarding again.
