Need Help

Hey guys, i would like to paint my bumper turn signals (the ones close to the fog's not the ones next to the headlights) but i have no idea on how to remove them and once i do remove them, how would i apply the paint on it like the procedures in doing them myself. my car is jet black.

if not there needs to be on how to do simple stuff like this
