shimmy/pulse when clutch engaged

I have an 04 m3 and i haven't switched the clutch out and it has 65k on it. Just recently when i have the clutch engaged or when i'm pressing it in it pulses. Is this due to me needing a new clutch or throw out bearing??

Probably the throw out bearing.. but as long as you're in there - might as well do a new clutch disk at least..

Could be a damaged fork or bent spline?
