Default Tire sensors going off!?

I recently had new tires put on my 2003 M3. Now, the low tire warning sensor keeps going off after 10 or so miles after resetting. Tires holding constant pressure. Any ideas or remedies are appreciated. I noticed that my metal valve stem caps were replaced with plastic caps. Does that effect the signal?

Thanks!

Plastic caps will not affect it.

What pressures are you running and what size tires did you get (in case they are wildly off the norm)?
