ha i was thinking about buying at offering like 24 and then seeing if i can resell it... but that would be a hassle to do from indiana but its a great deal

People look at listing prices and assume E46's are $35k+ cars. You need to check ebay selling prices to see realistic value.

The car is realistically IMO a $23k car.
