Default Replacing Front Wishbone , Diy>>>

Hi guys

my passenger side bush has gone on the wishbone

Do I have to replace the whole wishbone?

If so, is it an easy DIY job?

has anyone done this before and posted a DIY guide?

all help appreciated and if someone could point me towards a link showing the removal / refitting of the wishbone, IF its been done

thks

Dave

You do not need to change the control arm, the bushing is serviceable. The balljoint is not serviceable. Supposedly you can pull the bushing without having to pull the control arm, but its way easier to pull the control arm to do it.

imho, only a DIY if you have access to a lift. It's a major pain to try and take off and install the bushings with little clearance. Also, you'll most likely need a puller to take the old one out.

If I had to do it again, I'd pay someone...
