Default New to forum and I have e36 Convertible issues!

I had the rear window of the convertible propped up with a block while I was working on it. My friend mistakingly tried to lower the top with the switch. All I heard was click click click and then nothing. I looked at fuses, tried to resync motors via the other threads and still nothing. I don't hear a motor running or anything. Any suggestions?

A couple of more things I have noticed as well. When I try to resync the motors, one of the motors in the trunk does not disengage. Has anyone else run into this issue? Also the red light to control the convertible top just keeps flashing red. So if anyone has experience with these sorts of issues I'd greatly appreciate the help, else I'm headed to BMW with money in hand.
