Default Uneven Headlight Beam

Is the right passenger side headlight beam supposed to be higher than the left one?

just realign them.

If your talking about the angle of the slope, then yes the passenger side is higher so you can get better visibility without blinding others.

At the same height as the headlight is from the ground? There are knobs that kind of look like sprockets by the headlight under the hood. These are the inner ones. You can just spin it with your hand to adjust height. The outer ones adjust left and right, but if I remember correctly, you basically need a phillips for that so you won't mix them up.
