Default What is the problem???

Why did you guys delete the thread I posted about the OEM CSL trunk for sale on Ebay?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEBI%3AIT

I posted one on there about an OEM CSL airbox for sale, and it's still there.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

I'm obviously not selling either one, nor am I in any way affiliated (although I am bidding
on the trunk)...just giving other forum members a heads up...is there something wrong
with that?
I feel this deserves an explanation. I have stopped selling things as requested, so
what is the issue with this. It's like you guys don't want anyone to have access to
CSL parts or something...

The marketplace rules stipulate the items you list are to be yours.

Oh...ok. I guess I misunderstood that to mean re-selling items that never came
off of our own cars. Items that aren't in our possession to begin with by definition
fall into that category as well then...NP...

Here are the rules for you to review as they pertain to members selling items.
Marketplace Rules for Members
Member rules for selling in the marketplace.
1. Members are allowed to sell products in the marketplace so long as the products came off their personal car(s) or were originally purchased for their personal car(s).
2. Items that were originally purchased (new items) for your car(s) must be in your possession and you may not sell more than one new item in the marketplace at a time. There will be absolutely no multiple threads listing new items by any one member.
3. Listing products found for sale on eBay is not allowed, unless you personally own the item.
4. The Administrators and Moderators of M3forum may at their discretion remove any sale item they deem to be questionable or in violation of the marketplace rules.
5. Any member found to be in violation the rules or the spirit of the rules is subject to restriction and or banning.
6. If you are found to be posting in the marketplace using surrogates or aliases you will be banned immediately.
