CHP..give me a citation for tinted

CHP give me a citation for tinted front windows. I need to remove the tint and have my citation signed off.. can i do this myself or should i just paid the $50.00 to have it remove?:nixweiss:

it's a pain to do it yourself as sometimes the glue can be tricky.

thanks maybe i will just take it and have it done .. I live in Pasadena also i got my ticket on Colorado Blvd in front of OSH ..

oh yeah? CA Tint on Rosemead i heard is good for that. how dark was your tint? I have 35% and haven't had any issues, knock on wood.

just talked to my friend who went to CA Tint to have his removed. it only costs $10 to remove the front tint

I was pulled over in Pasadena for that, as well as Hollywood and right in front of The Stapler. Be careful out there.

I would recommend striking a deal where you get the guy to charge less then $50 to remove. My guy charged @40 to remove, $50 to reinstall after I got the fix-it approved. Happens all the time.

i went to VIP in Pasadena guy said 50.00 to remove and 80.00 to replace

CA tint on Rosemead bvld. in Temple City? thanks again
