Coilovers- again

I have seen frequent posts about coilovers in the past and was wondering if somebody could tell me exactly what they are, how they work, the mechanical differences from stock E36 suspension (pics would really help), what the stock setup is and so on.

go to the bottom of this thread.. it is just a very adjustable suspension.. allows for more tuning..
