K-Town roll call

I thought by posting this in the International forum, it wouldn't get seen. If it gets moved, so be it.

I will be in the K-town area tomorrow from Italy until Friday. I have to get a rental car so I can't bring my ///M but would like to meet any of you and check out your ride. Anyone interested, drop me a PM.

Hey Pipes...I'm departing tomorrow morning from The Netherlands enroute to Darmstadt. My Stealership (military sales) told me to come pickup my 2006 TiAG ///M. Needless to say, not much sleep will be had this evening. I'm finally at the end of a three month + waiting experience. If you head southeast from Kaiser, you can check out a brank spankin new one being claimed by a might pleased "blue suiter!" In any event, enjoy your stay in the fatherland. By the way, how are the roads near Aviano? Any twisties?? Cheers...

Roads in Aviano are trashy. Twisties are everywhere. Beware there are no shoulders; only ditches where if you're not careful you can roll your car. The roads **** in the wet so your tires need to be in decent shape. They don't clean their roads so a lot of gravel and farming debris is everywhere as well. I can't wait to get out of this country who want your money to buy the nice cars (Maserrati, Ferrari, Aston Martin, etc.) but won't give 2 sh!ts about preserving it through daily driving. The Autostrade is a different story. Those are about the only roads I feel safe to open her up. If you ever plan a trip down here, I am here until Feb 07. Ciao 4 now. I gotta go catch my plane.
