Default Milo's IB M3 LS6 T56 build

Hello all, my m3 has gone through a few small phases in 4 years of ownership and now I'm switching it up a bit. After deciding which route to go with, turbo s54, 2jz or LS, I've decided on the LS route because of the available ecu/harness and mounts for our chassis. Goal here is reliability and torque with AC blasting. Plan is to document the entire process of the build.

Here's a few old photos, back when I first got her and the changes after.

Now onto the swap. It's a refreshed LS6 with stock rotating assembly (crank, rods, pistons) upgraded the main/rod bearing, piston rings, oil pump, timing chain/gear with PBM/Erson cam, PBM valve springs, retainers.

The transmission I went with is a stage 5 RPM built T56, MGW shifter, McLeod RXT twin disc clutch, OE internal slave cylinder with upgraded speed bleeder and quick disconnect, custom aluminum driveshaft (I'll touch up on the driveshaft to diff at a later date)

Water pump with manual tensioner, V8SChassis engine mounts with poly bushings. Dropped the crossmember for a test fit with the new mounts.
