Sub'd. Any ETA on when you will start taking orders? I want to move forward with this type of reinforcement ASAP.

Pop rivets? Are those strong enough to do the job? Just askin' that's all... Or is that pop rivets and something like commercial aircraft grade epoxy to bond it to the sheet metal?

Not to my knowledge. But the rear bar and it's supporting pieces will fit just fine. It's the front stuff that will need to be verified and possibly adjusted to fit verts. I'm willing to collaborate with an owner of a vert to see what can be done.

Absolutely, just let me know when you are ready to pull the trigger.

Thanks for your interest!
I could actually start taking orders now from those of you who have already made up your minds. Else I was planning to start a list once I've documented the installation procedure.

I'll be delivering in the order I receive the orders.

That's a very fair question. As these are steel pop rivets It could actually be enough with just the rivets. But yes, it's the pop rivets and epoxy.
I've just decided to not provide the epoxy itself as:
• I assume there will be different opinions on what epoxy to use
• I'm not sure if the added convenience (of a one stop shop) generates enough interest to make it worthwhile for me too stock pile epoxy and resell it
• I'm not sure there's enough interest to create the volume I believe is needed for me to be able to offer a competitive price

But I'm willing to reconsider this if there is a demand.

That would of course be nice given the amount of time and money I've put into this. But as an E46 M3 enthusiast I'm also hoping this can help drive awareness for the issue, and keep a number of M3s in commission.

I foresee this rendering all previous subframe reinforcement methods obsolete.

Sure! I'm putting you first in line knowing you are in the midst of your repair.
I'll PM a preliminary price.

Thanks for your trust in my observations and my design. But unfortunately plates are still required on the underside, at least the front right mount (which means all have to be plated) as it takes heavy compression forces.

Here's a couple of sneak peek pictures of the installation. I'm very happy with how it's coming together.
