I personally called there customer service line and asked the same exact question and this is what rep said >> Upon arrive an inspection will occur and if they find any wrong doing you will be questioned and banned from ordering forever. You may find another way to order be it different address, different name, different e-mail etc but if and when they do find out you were banned prior to the ban hammer will happen again. The rep was thinking I was going to do that and was getting mad at me but I stated I ask questions people think about but don't ask. She then corrected her attitude and was nice again. Very helpful customer service I may say and she answered all my questions regarding lifetime guarantee policy.

Its really at your own risk to do that and you may pull one over on them the first time but sooner or later you will get caught as rep stated numerous times.

**Unless your that good! then good job for the 1st time I guess.

I asked this same question on M3 owners club as well on FB I think that's the FB group name and I got reemed and automatically labeled as shady, scandalous and a fraud lol.... for just "asking a simple question" that's why I had to personally call FCPeuro's customer service line.

If your going to do a warranty on coils and I mean previously purchased set you have to place another order and replace 1st coil set(warranty set) with the 2nd set you just ordered and return 1st set. Once they receive your 1st set they will then credit you for the 2nd set you just purchased shipping and all. You have to fill out a return form prior to sending warranty set back. Doing this you will have zero down time.

I've been ordering from FCP for the last couple of years.

They always price match ECS for me and ship out pretty quickly. I'm hoping the customer service on the swap out is just as great but I can't speak for it yet.

Their business model seems pretty awesome!

I've been ordering from them too... Some of their prices are a bit more than ECS but when you throw in over certain amounts worth in your cart, they start offering 5% off and stuff.

And plus while ECS was trying to charge me a shipping fee $40 for my front lip on my E36, they shipped for free.

That speaks volumes for me and they have my orders for life.

FCP has my business also. Awesome customer service and you can't beat that warranty. Their price matching is also some of the easiest I've ever used. Just fill out the price and competitor link and hit submit

I have recently made a large purchase to do a full cooling system overhaul for my M. The life time warranty is hard to beat. They definitely have my business for all my vehicles at home.

Too bad they only carry Rowe, BMW and Luquimoly it looks like. I think they used to have Castrol, but I can't find it now. I like liquimoly ok, but it doesn't have any molybdenum in its add pack.

I'm emailing them now to see if part that I bought in 2014 are eligible for this lifetime deal. I tried to initiate a return online and their site told me that I don't have any eligible orders despite my 5 last orders showing under my profile. I let you know what they say.

Key parts that I'm hoping to try this with in the future are the water pump, brake rotors, and all of the rubber suspension parts from my rebuild.

Been using FCP Euro for the better part of 4 years now and haven't looked back.

But what I see daily are typical German car colors; blacks, silvers, grays and whites. They look nice, I agree, but to me the appeal is what the M cars were in the 1980s an event. Its not so much that I want to be noticed, but more that I want to stand apart from the crowd. And to me, Phoenix Yellow and Laguna Seca Blue are two of the best ways to differentiate your M3 experience from the norm.

Even REI doesn't do lifetime returns any longer. I want to believe but some things are just too be good to be true. I'm not sure how long a business model like this will survive.
