Default Removing water spots on side mirrors glass?

The glass on my side mirrors has really bad water spots. Is there any way to remove this? Or is it time for new glass?

The water spot issue is pretty annoying, especially at night.

Try newspaper before the extra fine steel wool.

It really depends on how bad the spots are. You can start with something like vinegar or a glass cleaner. If those don't work you can try 0000 steel wool but use some sort of soapy solution. Beyond that, you probably need glass polishing and a polishing pad.

Thumbs up Re: Removing water spots on side mirrors glass?

Once the spots are removed, Rain-X applied goes a long way to curtail future spot development.
