It's within a few percent of 0%. I don't remember exactly but it didn't seem worth the massive extra effort to hit 0% on the nose.

Like, the head is rotated slightly counterclockwise towards the passenger. I used this same shifter knob on a previous car that was a factory 6MT with the normal OE shift rod, and I don't remember it being like this (I feel like I would have remembered it bothering me, because it is). I've take it off and put it back on again a couple of times, but same result. Seems like there's only one way for it to lock in and sit anyway.
I just retrofitted the F10 knob to my E36 with 330 ZHP 6spd transmission and have the same exact problem. Thought it was because I have a modified linkage that needed some tweaking, but the old standard knob didn't orient as much *clockwise (counter would be towards driver).
