Default DCT Transmission Leak / Suggestion / SoCal Shop?

Hello E9X M3 owners,

I am searching for a solution and a shop to either swap (a lower mileage DCT transmission) or change the oil/oil filter, gasket etc in the 2009 M3 with DCT transmission.

looking for a shop (BMW certified mechanic) in SoCal, 626/909 area.

Year: 09 w/DCT
Mileage: 97xxx

Issue:
1) notice small leak on bottom pan and side of transmission
2) lag on switch from 2nd to 3rd gear when I turn on the M switch to manual mod (only 3rd gear)

Thought/suggestion:
1) change the oil, oil filter, new gasket etc... ?
2) swap in a lower mileage DCT transmission?

I'm working with Malek at MRF engineering in OC. He has a following and seems to know his $hit when I talked to him and met with him. I'm having him do a ton of service including the DCT. He can either help or direct you to someone who can.
