Consensus:

Depo LED tail lights, quality is about right for the price. Definatley look better than non LED oem.

Downsides
1. brightness and intensity between running light and braking isn't as distinguishable as OEM, running light is nearly as bright as breaking

2. No LED diffuser over running/brake lights, this may attribute to the issue with the intensity levels, it also detracts from the OEM look.

3. More potential for dieing LED's than stock, you get what you pay for

4. (not sure if these apply to only eagle eyes or DEPO as well), lights have a "ring" around them that detracts from the overall look, this is my least favorite thing about these

5. (not sure if these apply to only eagle eyes or DEPO as well), lights have no rear cover, looks ugly as all hell when you open the trunk.

I have depo on one 330 and eagle on the other

Both are pretty damn bad. The leds in the depo version are not all oriented the same so they look slightly off

Fortunately on the M3 I made the right choice and got oem. Now when I look at both 330s I facepalm

I have eagle eyes. I enjoy the look of them.

My OEM tails were shot though....

OEM is arguably the best fitting and best looking option

Going cheap? Depo > Eagle Eyes

Thank you for all the replies Folks. Since i plan on keeping it stock might as well replace with OEM. Cheers!
