Default SMG Owners Only Please

Ok Guys, I am so sick of hearing horror stories about SMG failure that I got to thinking, how likely is smg failure in real life. I mean we hear / read about the big ones because people come here to get help.

But I know lots of SMG owners with high milage cars that have never had a fialure of any kind. So what's the real story?

Well, let's poll smg owners and find out....

Alot of threads like this.

There's alot of people in the REAL world, not on forums etc that have SMG and have been fine.
And there are those that have not had a single problem.
Go on e46F and go to the m3 section, look for "high mileage SMG" thread

It'll make you feel better.
