Yes your correct Australia is 17 hours ahead of West Coast and 14 for East Coast so all being well you'll see them Thursday. Yes you can buy a low mileage (20,000km) version here for under half original new car price, similar to the UK, I was happy to pay a premium for a car that has never been on the road.

I make no apologies for being excited.

It is a December 2003 build and was Australian complianced in January 2004 which is why its known as a 2004 model down under and advertsied as such.

As to the price its only the Aussie peso so don't worry too much!!!.

We are probably the worst country in the world to buy a European car with crazy tariffs and luxury car taxes to protect our local Ford and GM operations (33% of every dollar over the $57,500 threshold plus 15% import tarrifs and then exchange rate issues.) But it is what it is so in percentage terms I paid 63% of new car price doesn't sound quite so bad in those terms.

Did you not read that this CSL only has 900km on the clock??

^ That is totally insane. And yeah, +1 to the Ring times post. The CSL owns the regular M3, man. It's totally raw. What's not to like?

What would you rather have? A gt3, or a gt3 RS?
