Rarely see E90s on the road. Never seen another red one as well. Hope they continue to hold value.

My cousin is looking to buy e90 m3 sedan with DCT. He said to me, Why e90's so hard to find in New England with nice color combos (red, blue, and white with black or red interior). I told him, extend the search to west coast, you will have better luck finding one.

I looked for over a year for the right one. They are very rare it seems.

This. I've seen 1-2 on the road locally in the past 6 months.

Yup-not many E90 M3s were made. My SA advised that these cars will hold their value extremely well down the road considering their rarity not to mention demand considering the 4DR equation and looks.

If they were not building a four door new m3 then I would agree with you, but as they are I don't see this happening.

Yea, I'm aware not everyone wants a POS vacuum cleaner instead of a glorious V8, but plenty of e90s were built for those who feel differently

I wonder if the shortage is due to E90 owners being so practical that they never sell their cars.

Trade in values for the e9x are horrible, so you will be able to negotiate with M3 sellers, specifically private. I'm actually pretty bummed about how much the prices are falling for private/trade in for M3s vs. Dealerships that are marking things up like crazy.
