Default Somebody school me on screens/sat/bluetooth

I have an 03 M3 with the stock cd player and a Dice silverline ipod adapter that is long overdue for an upgrade. I'm been reading post about Dynavine and similar products but I'm confused about what is the most efficient/cost effective option for me. I'd like to:

1) Install a screen
2) Acquire satellite radio, nav, and maybe bluetooth
3) Android functionality wouldn't hurt

What is the best way to go about doing this? Do I need to obtain satellite and/or bluetooth modules or do certain products contain everything I need? Somebody please clear this up for me!!!
