Is the Corrado a VR6 or a G60? That Golf is a mark 5 looks like a GTI. Both are decent handling cars and handling can certainly be ruined by stancing.

Or maybe a 16V n/a.

We didn't get the 16v corrado in North america. It was a 95 VR6 corrado. The 95 was canadian market only and came with black avus cloth recaros. Both cars were on Koni coilovers and handled just fine. Nothing fixes the diving dynamics of an open diff FWD car. Decent handling or not, neither were great fun. The corrado was great to look at, and the GTI was awesomely reliable. Totally a different world than the M3 though.

+threeve

Corrado was fun for light spirited stuff but not ideal for anything pushed to the limits. Second day of my ownership I found out what fwd snap oversteer was (saved it luckily). Great looking car but a BMW (E36 especially) is the natural progression if you're looking for more.

Well... Upgrading to an LSD certainly helps.

I'll admit, I have a soft spot for a well sorted FF car. I don't often find myself missing my Hondas though. Your M3 is really nice so I'm sure you're in the same boat. The E36 is one of those cars where it only looks great in photos from certain angles. That last shot looks really nice and makes the high wing more appealing.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm loving the high rise look (with the amber of course).

Once I do a round of mechanical maintenance on the E36, I'm going to do some more exterior work.

Keep it up, car looks amazing

Took some new pics. I admit at first I was kinda "heh, well thats it? Its pretty cool." when I put the high rise on, but I'm absolutely in love with it now. The car is getting all kinds of positive attention. Its amazing how many people actually are really interested in these cars.
