Default Thoughts on 2018 Jeep Wrangler?

Have been thinking of getting the 2018 Jeep Wrangler for a second ride for off road needs and if I need the 4x4 for winter vacations.

A couple of friends told me to hold off and wait for the 2018 model.

Thoughts?? Interior looks improved for sure! Pics to come im on my phonez.

These always surprise me with how expensive they are for what (I perceive as) what you get. Also seem like chick cars to me frankly... but I have friends who have them and love it, so ymmv

Agree...I can’t justify the cost for what you get. Would likely have 4Runner or Macan if wanted an SUV

Two of my friends have JKUs and I struggle to find things they do better than my old 4Runner for what we use them for. However this 2018 has a way nicer interior than the previous gen.

The aftermarket is huge but I would just get an old SWB Jeep or Suzuki if I wanted to go crazy off-road.

It's almost got like a cult following.

As stated before, HUGE aftermarket support.. probably the highest I've ever seen for any specific car and I work in the aftermarket field.

This is one of those cars that 'looks' cheaper than what it costs. Unless you get some base model, they're generally going to run you $35K+ for what most people would imagine when they think Jeep Wrangler.
