I continue to be a strong local supporter Mike. See you at all the shows and I think you're products are awesome.

Has anyone here ever bought them? I'd like them but I also like my mint m-texture door cards.

I know Mike and can say he is a all around nice guy.

He works tirelessly day and night for his company.

Keep this in mind Mike has some of the best deals available so little hiccups here and there shouldnt be counted against him.

I think honestly that some of the users on here should lighten up.

Funny this was created, when I’ve been getting nothing but delays and false updates when this thread was started. I suggest you start by not giving customers false timeframes on your products lead time. This messes up people’s schedule and plans.

You initially told me 1-2 week build time on your cf roof. After placing my order you quickly change it to 3weeks. About 6weeks later (today) I got nothing but excuses and false updates. Once I said I can’t wait much longer you stopped replying. You just replied today after I filed a dispute with PayPal this morning for refund.

That’s 6 weeks wasted on false lead times and delayed statuses. Now I have to go with another company, hopefully one that follows through with what they advertise. There’s a reason complaints have been piling up from customers, and it’s not them just needing to “lighten up” like member above said.

After the horror stories I read on this forum, I strayed away. Maybe down the road most people will give another chance but, you need to do something to attract the business back. Maybe a big sale on the popular items? One thread on how it was someone else's fault isn't going to fix anything, especially of how big the problem is.

I also want you guys to know we are still making new products and have redesigned some to be a better product. Our quality has never suffered and won’t. We are also working with better factory to start getting our lead times down and even lower prices.
There is a lot of other products out there that may look similar but our products are all pre-fit or fully made in the USA and we will actually help if you have issues.

Needed to get that off my chest. it’s been a eye opening couple of months and it’s really been bothering me not being realizing the problems.

Mike,

I've purchased (I think) a set of headers and maybe 1 or 2 smaller items from you yrs ago, and to the best of my knowledge the transactions/shipping were ok...and I did/do still happen to like some of your current offerings. But lately, as you yourself have acknowledged, shipping times and communications have suffered...based on the number of reviews/threads/comments that have popped up recently on this forum alone. Also, as CEO, how could you NOT "realize" these major issues? Seems like either a very weak excuse, or you're simply no longer in touch w/day to day operations of your company!? Not bust'n on you personally, but it just seems that you need to at least take accountability for the current state of things. IDK, just my personal thoughts and .

I'm sure he his, and I've heard that from others that have had personal experiences w/him as well...and I don't think that anyone in this thread is attacking him personally. Trust me, I understand what it feels like when ppl make it personal and call good ppl into question...this isn't about that. It's just about business, and more than a few ppl being upset lately w/the overpromising and under delivering of the business entity-SGT.
