Default Passing emmision readiness test with 02 sensors off

Hey guys Im moving to Ontario Canada and I hear they do emmision testing where scan tool is hooked up and they look for Emmision monitors ready on the scan tool. I have the rear 02 sensors turned off with my TTFS tune and Im wondering if anyone has run into this problem and what is the solution?

Thanks

If you have the test done and you fail both times for monitors not ready, you can still have the two speed idle test done. My car is also supercharged and I recently had my e-test done. With an AA tune, I was able to have the regular obd2 test pass successfully.

I am in Toronto and tune my car myself to pass emissions. If you have any issues with the ttfs tune pm me and I'll help you out.

Two speed idle test done? How will that help me pass the 02 sensors not showing ready though?

Just fail the obd2 scan tests two times, then they'll do the two speed idle test. By fail, I mean that the tests will indicate those monitors are not ready. They'll ask you to come back the next day and after 40km has been driven. Once again, those same monitors will not be ready when tested. They will then do a two speed idle test.

Ok now I understand but may I ask when they do a two speed idle test the car will be idling and will they not clearly smell the fumes from the exhaust with no cats on it and know Im catless?

I have always wondered if turning the check engine light/rear O2s off can also set the monitor - or if it simply disables the light, and leaves the monitor un-ready.
I asked TTFS once, and couldn't get a straight answer.

I guess you guys are confirming that the monitors stay 'un-ready' with these ECU tunes?

Yes it seems the monitors say unready with the rear 02 sensors being off.

Yes, confirmed, they will show up as 'not ready.'

BTW, where will you be moving to?

I didn't know you were castless. I'm not sure how your emission levels will be. I'm running a euro setup and it's different than your setup.
