That round piece with the slot is the coupler for the electric motor shaft to the smg toothed gear pump. Take it out and clean it very well. You will notice that the side that goes to the smg pump tooth gear has a wider/bigger slot and side that mates to the motor has a smaller/slimmer slot.

Make sure they are mated well to both shafts and make sure you put a lot of the hi-temp performance grease onto it just like the original grease that you cleaned off from it.

I did cleaned it but i didn't put High Temp Grease , The Motor Primes, after i start the car cold, the Cog light comes on, Would that be the reason why the light comes on?

Grease is required for all coulping/moving parts. It reduces friction and prevents the motor from seizing and getting stuck. You can burn out your motor if it gets stuck, due to lack of grease. There is grease for your drive shaft, grease on your axles. Grease on your hubs and bearings. There is even tons of grease on the original smg pump coupler. the new kit even comes with grease. Why you would not install it the way it was intended is beyond me.
