Default Engine Code P0172

Hey guys, currently just got Code P0172 on my car after reading the OBD since an SES light came on.
On my innova it's telling me that "System Too Rich" (Bank 1).

Anyone know what could be the issue?

When I started up the car today, the Idle was extremely rough, and while cold the car wanted to die as I tried to drive it, died about 2-3 times.
But after letting the car warm up the car was "fine" but the code was still there.

You think so? I did recently install headers about 2-3 weeks ago.
But during those 3 weeks nothing was wrong until now.

Maybe crossed O2 sensors then. Mine also took a few weeks to show up.

By crossed, do you mean that I may have put post cat in pre cat?

I think I have post and pre cat in the correct places, I don't think theres a way to switch it because of the length, but banks 1 and 2 switching could be a possibility... is there a way to tell?
But is it normal for the car to start up weird now? The car was perfectly fine prior to the SES. Even with the headers installed.

Did you solve your issue?

Is there a diagram that shows the proper O2 sensor wiring?
