I use muddy, contaminated floodwater. Gives the car some character

Remember that monster shunt of his in Canada? The next day, as he walked out of hospital, a journalist asked him if he'd seen the crash on TV. Robert Kubica stopped, looked the journo right in the eye and said: "I've seen it twice: the first time I was there!"

Something like a Ceramic Pro coating would immensely help.

Not sure if it survived. The front carpet is wet (but no standing water underneath), and I can't tow it to my preferred shop until water recedes from the main roads.

The car will live one way or another.

You wouldn't expect a Texas car to have rust, but here's my car.

burn it with fire. If my carpets sat in that nasty ass water, I'd be ripping them out!

Rear carpet was removed a while back becauseracecar. I'm not sure how to remove front carpet without taking out the dash. I was going to have the shop take care of that.

I'm tempted to take a sample of the water and culture whatever bacteria is present. E. coli was confirmed to be in the water, but I'm curious which strain it is and what else is there.

YouTube Obsessed Garage and AmmoNYC, watch all videos that apply specifically to what you want to do. That would be a great start.

This, I've watched a lot of Ammo NYC videos and learned a lot; what I really like about him is he rarely pushes products but he focuses on techniques more. There are tons of facebook pages for this sort of stuff, I've been trying to expand my knowledge on this stuff, there are so many variables that will effect your product choices. If you dive into the facebook pages you'll learn a lot, quickly.
