Completely unrelated... But did the OEM brakes fade away to nothing like mine did at last year's HPDE? Pedal to the floor? Zero braking after 6-8 laps?

Would this be a better set up than yellow adjustable koni's with lowering springs from eibach or h&r?

Looking for a good set of daily street coilovers and the stainless design is a huge plus for me up here in MN. Anyone have experience on how they would compare to KW V1's?
The set I tested is one of two sets in existence. The first production run of these will be completed the in 1-2 weeks and I'm sure once those start shipping we'll see more reviews popping up.

Below are some quick differences between the KW V1 and Eibach Pro-Street-S. On paper they look very similar as they're both height adjustable units with no damper adjustments. Both also made by German suspension manufacturers.

KW = Twin Tube Shock
Eibach = Mono Tube Shock (hand assembled in CA)

KW = Uses tapered style spring.
Eibach = Uses ERS motorsport springs. Allows for rate changes with off the shelf ERS springs.

KW = Not rebuildable.
Eibach = Rebuildable Shock.

Honestly, I only did one hot lap in this car before coming in. I didn't experience any brake fade but we also did this testing in December during fairly cool temps.

For a few bucks more in cost, yes, much better set up than a traditional lowering spring and sport shock set up. The mono tube coilover shock design and adjustable spring height immediately put this a couple of notches ahead of a cup kit.

Sounds like a pretty decent alternative to a B12 kit or any popular spring/shock combo for those looking for some height adjustability, street manners and some track ability.

Isn't this similar to the pss10? Pretty much identical price-wise

Yes, similar in features and adjustability but different in valving, rate and internal design.

If you or anyone else is interested in getting a set when these hit stock let me or Jurrian at ModBargains know. ETA is set for this Friday.

These coilovers are now in stock and are shipping out to the people who have made pre-orders.

For reference, part# 2072.711.
