Default OEM Dove Gray leather. Who has a good source?

Hello. I have manual Dove Gray Vader seats in my 1999 M3, and I cannot source the OEM leather from the dealer anymore. So I would like to see who you use as a trusted source for this (if there is one). My first concern above all else is authenticity. So OEM, or identical to it, is my only goal. My car has low mileage, and is all original, so maintaining that quality is paramount.

Thank you!

I'm not sure if you'll be able to find OEM leather, as it is NLA (i'm sure others can confirm).

I've seen a few from autoberry.com that look pretty close to OEM.

You mean don't let the E46 guys catch you. They own the rights to the made up name now.

e46ers have taken the N5TT code that is "Light Grey Nappa Leather" and hijacked the 'dove grey leather' nomenclature that e36ers started.

Technically, BMW never called it dove grey. Even in e36s. So everyone is wrong for calling it dove grey.

"TEILLEDER W.N./GRAU (N5TT)" translates to "Partial (don't know what the W stands for) Nappa Grey."

Extended nappa grey is the L7TT code.

BTW, I've called it dove grey and still do to this day. Screw it.

Here's the formal e36 brochure color swatches

Lol at "Bright Red", aka Hellrot. Thank goodness we don't stick with BMW's official color names in some cases...

That's technically correct for an English translation.

Hellrot, which is the color label on the strut-tower and listed on BMW Vin tools, literally translates to Bright Red.

The entire nomenclature is FUBAR. Who calls Hellrot, 'Bright Red?' Just like who calls Titanium Silver Metallic, 'Titansilber?' So in some instances we (English speakers) lean to the German pronunciation and other times we revert to English.

Along this topic, does anyone know of a good source for quality automotive leather hides? I know autobarry sells hides. Super curious who their source is. If anyone has any leads I would really appreciate it.

So question, I don't see "sand beige" on there under the interior colors. Just Magma and Modena...? Never fully grasped the differences here aside from that Modena is the more saturated brown/orangish/peanut butter color.
