But if you're just going fast in a straight line in your Ford, guess it could make sense (sorry 10, had to throw that in there).

Cool idea - Guy seems into it. Actual practicability seems to be lacking.

I think the steering wheel should vibrate instead.

my focus had a light on the dash that would tell you when to shift. i would think that a series of lights there, which would tell you shift now for max efficiency, shift now for max powa, would be more effective than strapping a dildo to your shifter
