It's pretty rare. The launch cars were in fact LSB but after that very few owners chose to order their cars with the color.

An intake alone will not do much for HP. Neither will a chip or axleback exhaust. You could do a full catless exhaust system from the headers back and get your ECU tuned as well but that is still less than 50hp. A supercharger or turbo setup are the only mods that can make a significant difference in performance. Some people have been successful with nitrous but I wouldn't touch that stuff! I recommend pullies if you want a small HP increase.

Ya for sure, and it does turn some heads!

but on the full exhaust note, i dont want to make the car too loud and, i hate to say, "rice" sounding, but if there is a nice and deep full exhaust, i would deff jump on that.

i just sold my mustang gt with catless flowmasters, ive had my fair share of noise complaints from my condo association lol

And also expect to see soda, spit, garbage, etc. next to it or on it. People hate these cars especially in LSB! I guess its cause they never made anything of themselves so they hate on those that have.

Of you dont believe me look up the threads and threads and threads on peoples cars being hated on and majority of them are LSB

BMW should offer a service to M car owners. Dont want to go into full detail but something along the lines of should be efficient for our cars protection

i love my LSB and everyone tells me what a beautiful color and if its a stock color...so even though there are a bunch you rarely see them unlike other colors...

Yep. I first fell in love with the color then learned more about the car and learned how great it is. LSB is the iconic color for the e46 m3.

I concur, it's a true french blue that was used in the ford capri in the 70's and was called mexico blue with porsche as well...

Part of owning a sports car is the colour
