That's not what I said. We don't know what the invoice says. if it actually says "OE" or "genuine BMW" then he may have case. Hell, we don't even know what brand was installed, could be OEM.

My point was that the price you pay is irrelevant. If you go to Napa you will pay retail for a non OE part, is my point. Price is determined by the OE retail, not whether it's actually OE or not.
